He jokes that the bigger they are, the harder they fall. Part of his job is to encourage injured players and motivate them to work hard throughout the often painful rehabilitation process. He’s made it a point to extend the same level of care and concern to every player who gets hurt, whether it’s Troy Aikman or a third-string running back.
